Carbon Mangnese Steel (Grade SAE-1541)

Grade Introduction:

Carbon steels contain carbon as the specific alloying element. They also contain manganese and silicon. In addition to carbon, they also contain copper, nickel, molybdenum, and aluminium as residual elements. Sulphur and phosphorous are also present as impurities in these steels.
